2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, personalize, measure, and improve the services.

We may also use information to communicate with users, investigate errors, enforce terms, process purchases and refunds, and comply with legal obligations.

• Process prompts, uploads, generation requests, previews, exports, credits, subscriptions, and app workflows
• Operate accounts, authentication, entitlements, balances, settings, and support requests
• Respond to bug reports, refund questions, account deletion requests, safety reports, and other communications
• Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, policy violations, and technical failures
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified trends to improve reliability and product quality

3. AI Processing

AI features may send prompts, uploaded media, settings, and generated outputs to infrastructure providers or model providers so the requested result can be delivered.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially.

We do not use personal information or uploaded content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models without separate, explicit permission.

4. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to operate the services, comply with law, complete transactions, or protect users.

• Cloud hosting, storage, AI infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, communications, security, and operations providers
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and authorized payment providers for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlement validation
• Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives where necessary for business operations
• Authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by information type, account status, marketplace requirements, legal obligations, security needs, and backup schedules.

6. Account Deletion

Where an account is available, OpenVideo provides an in-app account deletion feature in the account, profile, or settings area.

To delete your account, open the app, go to the account, profile, or settings area, choose the account deletion option, review the notice, confirm the request, and complete any verification step shown in the app.

After a confirmed deletion request, we delete or de-identify account personal information subject to lawful exceptions for billing, tax, marketplace records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or compliance.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion feature, contact support and include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the account.

• Information generally deleted: profile data, non-essential settings, user projects, prompts, media records, generated creative history, and authentication records no longer needed to operate or secure the services
• Information we may retain: billing, subscription, refund, tax, marketplace, accounting, security, abuse, dispute, backup, and legal compliance records

7. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing.
